12. YOSHI-HASHI Wants British Championship While Minoru Suzuki And Jushin Liger Rage On

Minoru Suzuki has continued to lay into Jushin Liger with both verbal and physical attacks in recent months. Yet to face each other in one-on-one competition, the two have however squared off in various multi-man matches. Meanwhile, YOSHI-HASHI recently made it known that he's gunning for Zack Sabre Jr’s RevPro British Heavyweight Championship.

Last Sunday's tag team bout featuring all four men quickly erupted into chaos. The Suzuki-gun tandem jumped their opponents at the opening bell and quickly cut off YOSHI-HASHI from his partner. Eventually, both Liger and Suzuki were tagged in, immediately exchanging strikes and headbutts before brawling to the floor. YOSHI-HASHI was left to fend with ZSJ but managed to catch him with a sudden cradle pin for the shocking victory. When Zack looked to retaliate he was laid out with a lariat before YOSHI-HASHI taunted him with the RevPro title.

While Liger and Suzuki will undoubtedly continue their furious war until an eventual singles meeting, it’s been announced that Sabre will defend his British Heavyweight belt against YOSHI-HASHI on the final night of the Kizuna Road tour. Only time will tell if YOSHI-HASHI can pull off the upset again or if ZSJ will handily squash his challenger.
