Paige To Make In-Ring Return On WWE Raw

Paige will contest her first WWE match in more than a year against Sasha Banks on this week's Raw.

The 25-year-old returned to television two weeks ago after a lengthy spell on the treatment table, attacking members of the women's division alongside NXT rookies Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.

While it was originally thought that the trio (collectively, "Absolution") would compete in a six-woman tag match against the team of Banks, Bayley and Mickie James, it appears Paige will now be in singles action instead.

The match-up will see a resumption of one of Banks' first feuds after making the step up to the main roster in mid-2015.

Paige also met "The Boss" whilst they were both stationed in NXT more than five years ago.

Aside from the above, this week's Raw hosts a tag team title match in the shape of Shield duo Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose against reigning champs Sheamus and Cesaro.

Elsewhere, cruiserweights Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese will contest a fatal four-way match, the winner of which will face Drew Gulak in a number one contender's bout next week (WON).
