Pete Dunne's reign has been excellent, but WWE have to take the belt off 'The Bruiserweight' eventually. If they decide to stick with a British competitor, then the likes of Tyler Bate, Trent Seven, and Mark Andrews are all viable successors, as is Zack Gibson, who shone in this spring's UK Championship Tournament.

Though primarily known for his ability to draw nuclear heat on the microphone, Gibson demonstrated sharp technique and an imposing bully-boy style in his tournament bouts. Each ranked among the competition's finest, and though 'Liverpool's Number One' has lost two consecutive UK Title matches, expect him to make significant inroads before long.
