Predicting The Next 10 WWE World Champions
2. 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt
'The Fiend's journey back to the Universal Championship elevated his lacklustre feud with Braun Strowman. No matter what batsh*t - or just downright bad - contests we had to sit through, it would be worth it when he won the gold and redeemed himself after that baffling loss to Goldberg a few months earlier. That reign came and, unfortunately, it only lasted a week.
Now on Raw, it's the WWE Championship that will catch his eye in the future - a title that he held once in a disappointing reign as the original Bray Wyatt. With that in mind, don't be surprised if 'The Fiend' makes it his mission to redeem all of his previous title reigns by enjoying a lengthy one on the red brand. In order to do that, however, he would have to beat AJ Styles.
'The Fiend' is the best character in WWE today but he's in need of some genuinely brilliant matches and Styles could be the man for the job. If AJ were to hold the WWE Title in the build-up to WrestleMania 38, what's to stop the two from crossing paths? Maybe Bray could be the man - or, um, monster - to turn Styles back into the face he once was. We all know how facing - and losing to - Wyatt affected stars like Finn Balor and Seth Rollins.
One thing's for sure: The Fiend vs. AJ Styles for the WWE Championship should have WrestleMania main event written all over it.
