4. Mark Haskins

WWE has plenty of British talent under contract, and it is easy to assume that it will be the Nevilles and Jack Gallaghers who fill fight over the WWE UK Championship. But with the lack of clarity surrounding the UK show, the safe bet may well be on WWE treating it as a territory, with performers coming in and out to work WWE dates alongside their independent ones.

As such, the man to eventually defeat Dunne for the WWE UK could be a top drawer performer who is less likely to be a full-time WWE contracted talent - someone along the lines of Mark Haskins. The former TNA man has reinvented himself since those days and is now one of the top performers on the UK circuit, not to mention a man that it is immensely easy to root for. He is the wrestler's wrestler, through and through.

But is Haskins likely to turn up in Full Sail University? Mark Haskins is an elite British wrestler who is every bit as likely to work consistently in Japan as he is in the United States. Haskins has had his problems with injuries recently, but he is exactly the sort of competitor that fits the bill when it comes to a short WWE UK Championship reign. Unfortunately for Haskins, his reign may well only be a transitional one...

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
