Who Will Hold It: Tiffany Stratton
There's really no need to take the NXT Women's Title from Tiffany Stratton for the foreseeable future. She's coming into her own as a quasi-throwback to the Diva days, and she'll only get better in-ring the more reps WWE gives her. That title should stay right where it is.
Stratton shouldn't lose it until the company has someone in mind who'd benefit from the push, basically. Title changes that happen willy nilly suck; just look at the Women's Tag Team division on Raw and SmackDown for proof of that. It's a mess, so it's important the NXT strap gets some stability.
Besides, Tiffany is a star in the making.
She won't be on NXT forever, and it's rather obvious that higher-ups are well...high on her. Even so, playing pass the parcel with the belt and gifting her multiple reigns instead of one definitive stint would be risky business. It'd also be totally unnecessary.
