4. Money In The Bank: Men's & Women's MITB Ladder Matches

Fully aware that I am in the minority with this one, I will press on regardless. The second WWE PPV of the pandemic saw both titular ladder matches emanate simultaneously from the company's Global Headquarters, and it was a complete cluster. In a good way, to me, and in a head-scratching bamboozling way to some.

Props have to be given to WWE for trying something so outside their comfort zone with their backs against the wall, and a lot of moments in this main event were excellent; Vince McMahon being interrupted as AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan barged into his office and Aleister Black and Rey Mysterio being thrown off the top of the building to their deaths.

Even Stephanie McMahon appearing, very clearly filming in front of a plain background somewhere not on location, was so jarring yet hilarious that it somehow added to the chaos of the match. Asuka was a brilliant pick for the women's briefcase, while the men's... wasn't exactly handled brilliantly this time around. Otis got to throw a pie at John Laurinaitis, though, so there's that. Yeah, this match was another to severely divide opinion.
