Ranking All Of Goldberg’s WWE Return Matches From Worst To Best
10. Braun Strowman (WrestleMania 36)
WrestleMania 36 will go down in history as the weirdest supershow ever. The white noise hum of that "Big Ass" ceiling fan, and the suffocating tightness of the Performance Center didn't exactly scream pageantry, but WWE didn't have a ton of choices due to the ongoing global pandemic.
They did, however, have the option not to pollute 'Mania 36 with Braun Strowman vs. Goldberg. Good lord, this was crap. Braun, a last-minute replacement for Roman Reigns (who had taken himself out of the game amidst understandable health fears), failed to convince as a literal human express train who was only there to run over the top of Bill.
Nothing clicked.
Both of WWE's big World Title matches that weekend were short, but at least Drew McIntyre's win over Brock Lesnar had some sizzle to it. By comparison, Braun dethroning Goldberg was weak as kitten milk, and everybody was just glad when it was over with.
