Ranking All The Undertaker's WWE UK Moments - From Worst To Best

5. Batista vs. The Undertaker (Smackdown, April 2008)

Wrestling matches don't need to be ultra-long to be worthwhile. That sentence seems tailor-made for the brawl between The Undertaker and Batista on the April 18th, 2008 edition of Friday Night Smackdown. In total, this particular match only lasted a shade under 10 minutes, but it was well-pieced together. Also, Batista seemed motivated to vindicate himself after a largely throwaway WrestleMania match against Umaga. As they often do, the UK fans added a nice flavour to the proceedings. Fans in London, England were aware that they were being treated to a main event worthy match, and they responded in kind by reacting as though the bout was a Pay-Per-View headliner. 2008 was a banner year for Undertaker, who was engaged in a lengthy feud opposite Edge for much of it. This was a nice reminder that he and Batista always had excellent chemistry together. The finish could have gone sour, given the fact it was a double count out decision, but that didn't sully the mood inside the O2 Arena. Fans wanted to lose themselves in the big-match feel of the action, which made it compelling.
