Anthony Ogogo's in-ring debut was outstanding and AEW had him face off against Cody Rhodes, which was a good idea.

Britt Baker was finally crowned as the AEW Women's Champion after a year of building herself up as one of the biggest heels and stars in the company. Her match against Hikaru Shida was one of the highlights on a stacked hard that saw the reunited Eddie Kingston and Jon Moxley facing off against The Young bucks for the AEW Tag Team Championships.

Miro and Lance Archer were a sleeper hit with their hard-hitting styles clashing perfectly in the middle of the card. Jungle Boy won the Casino Battle Royal eliminating Christian Cage for the win who raised his hand as if declaring his support of one of the four pillars of AEW. The Stadium Stampede match made a comeback this year too, with The Inner Circle defeating the newly formed Pinnacle stable making this the marquee match of Double or Nothing.

In the main event, Kenny Omega yet against showed why he is the Best Bout Machine when he defeated PAC and Orange Cassidy in a triple threat match for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.
