Ranking Every ECW Champion In History - From Worst To Best

15. Rhino

In a similar situation to that of Dreamer and Lynn, here we have another ECW legend whose stint as the company’s world champion wasn’t quite as glittering as you’d expect.

Like many of his contemporaries, Rhino managed just a solitary reign as ECW World Heavyweight Champion, and though it clocked in at an admirable 93 days, that stat doesn’t quite tell you the whole story.

Rhino’s win came on Jan. 7, 2001, right in the midst of ECW’s demise. The company would go on to fold just a few months later and with its schedule slowly winding down, that meant that Rhino hardly had any chances to defend his world title belt.

He officially competed in just two more title matches after winning the gold, beating the Sandman and Spike Dudley at a pair of live events in mid-January, which is hardly the most spectacular return for a reign of just over three months. Had the company stuck around of course, Rhino would undoubtedly have featured far higher on this list.
