3. NXT Champion - Seth Rollins
In real life, Seth Rollins was a man who long felt he was far too good for the warehouse he worked in upon signing for WWE before the FCW move to NXT 2.0. As face of the Full Sail operation, he seemed born for the role.
As a white-ish meat babyface, he felt like a leader (if such a brand even needed one), and later became a more dangerous presence upon debuting with The Shield on the main roster midway through his run.
A man made by the belt, he was later able to make next titleholder Big E Langston in defence of it as a result.
