Ranking Every WWE Grand Slam Champion From Worst To Best

11. The Miz

The Miz is the most vital performer on 2017's muddled main roster, and in a world without monstrous part-timers or hyper-muscular marketing machines gone wrong stalking the periphery, there are few better placed to carry a top title than 'The A-Lister'. He's elevated the Intercontinental Title after years of champions saying they'll do it without ever following through. Unfortunately, his time at the tippy-top may never come again.

Cashing in his Money In The Bank contract in electric fashion on a November 2010 edition of Monday Night Raw, The Miz almost immediately lost all of the bombast he'd so magnificently magnified during his run with the briefcase that year as well as sensational stints with Tag and United States Title

The opponents fed to him didn't help matters. Outside of deathly dull rematches with 'The Apex Predator', Miz waged war with Jerry Lawler in contests that were admittedly hugely enjoyable but did little for enhancing his perception as a newly-minted top guy.

He was the victim of circumstance in the run-up to his only WrestleMania main event too. The Rock's surprise return to kick off hostilities with John Cena relegated Miz into a supporting role despite his victory in the match itself. 'Big Match John' heaped dirt on what could still prove to be his main event run when he took the title from him a month later.
