Ranking Every WWE Title Change On Raw From Worst To Best

2. The Undertaker Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin (June 28, 1999)

The most-watched match in WWE Raw history was from the best, but little fired up Attitude Era audiences quite like Steve Austin either getting revenge on Mr McMahon or getting his WWE Championship back.

This luxuriated in offering both. 'The Rattlesnake' had lost control of the company in the controversial and contrived King Of The Ring 1999 Ladder Match main event against both Vince and Shane McMahon, but returned to the real summit with a victory over their most lethal ally. 'The Deadman' was soon to park the gimmick for a while, but this was one last great moment before he (literally) got on his bike.
