Having already conned Daniel Bryan out of the WWE Championship with Randy Orton's Money In The Bank cash-in at SummerSlam, The Authority were back at it again after Bryan defeated 'The Viper' in slightly questionable circumstances at Night Of Champions one night earlier.

Triple H dared to suggest that Bryan had referee Scott Armstrong in his pocket, set The Shield on him again, and took the title back as WWE definitely definitely started thinking about WrestleMania XXX and weren't just doing whatever they could to remove the crowd's favourite babyface from the top of the card as soon as they possibly could.
