Where: Survivor Series 2001.

Fans expected special things from the likes of The Dudley and Hardy Boyz in 2001. They, along with Edge and Christian, had raised the bar for tag wrestling in the WWF, and they'd also put their bodies through physical hell for everybody's entertainment. Big bumps were a must.

Matt, Jeff, Bubba-Ray and D-Von delivered on that yet again at Survivor Series '01. The foursome worked a rugged Steel Cage effort that included Jeff foregoing the chance to win (both members had to escape) in favour of attempting a Swanton Bomb from the top of the structure through a table.

D-Von moved, so Mr. Hardy crashed and burned.

The promotion managed to oust the old WCW Tag straps here whilst still keeping belts on The Dudleyz. It was really win-win for both teams. The Duds looked like strong champs, and The Hardyz got to work in some of their usual daredevil antics before dropping to defeat.
