Ranking WWE's Divisions - From Worst To Best
1. Raw's Main Event
Without John Cena, WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar is the bonafide top draw in the company. The crazy thing is, he doesn't even need to be present to provide intrigue.
The main event of Extreme Rules pitted five men against each other for the right to take on Lesnar. Each man provided a legitimate direction for WWE to take. In the end, they went for the most unlikely option in Samoa Joe, and that still generated huge buzz amongst the fans.
Now that Joe vs. Lesnar is booked for 'Sh*tly-Named PPV,' Bálor, Reigns, Rollins, and Wyatt will likely have to keep each other busy until room opens up in the title picture. If WWE can structure it properly, these four men can continue their stellar work at Extreme Rules by trying to gain the upper-hand on one another, in order to prove they are worthy of the next title shot. And then you have Strowman, who is, in spite of his injury, not finished with anyone.
A lot of fans want the Universal Champion to be on Raw each and every week, but you cannot deny the suspense that materialises each time we know The Beast will be on the show. Now Lesnar needs to back up the hype by raising hell with Samoa Joe.
Ratings be damned, Raw's Main Event is where its at.
