Ranking WWE's First Ever NXT Class - From Worst To Best

15. Judas Devlin

NXT Roster 2012
WWE/AEW

The somewhat unremarkable Judas Devlin gimmick couldn't be further apart from the persona that eventually brought the former developmental prospect to the fore in 2019.

His FCW/NXT stint between 2012 and 2013 didn't reveal a glimpse of the meteoric rise he'd experience in a mainstream national promotion, with most matches ending in defeat against the likes of Sawyer Fulton, Mike Dalton and Derrick Batemen. His black-and-gold was made extinct with a house show loss, further emphasising how little ground he'd been able to game within the WWE system.

It'd take seven more years across independents across the world and a drastic gimmick upgrade to help him reach his most prosperous destination.

As Luchasaurus and later Killswitch, he rocked the wrestling world in a cameo at All Elite Wrestling's inaugural Double Or Nothing pay-per-view, and has been a prominent and distinguishing feature of AEW ever since.
