Rare Pic Of Trish Stratus Signing Her First WWE Contract
Trish Stratus was VERY happy to sign her first WWE contract back in 1999.
The internet is blowing up over this rare pic of a beaming Trish Stratus holding her very first WWE contract back in 1999.
Fans on Reddit posted hundreds of positive comments about how Trish was clearly 'marking out' in the photo, but some didn't actually believe it was Stratus at all. It is though - WWE even aired this snap of the future Hall Of Famer on their 24 documentary about Trish's SummerSlam 2019 match with Charlotte Flair.
In the doc (you can get a full rundown of it here), Stratus discussed how happy she was to finally become part of pro wrestling. She'd been a fan for years, and couldn't wait to get started on her WWE journey.
Trish also recalled how she impressed company officials by preparing a "professional press kit" that included photographs, her goals in the promotion and more. That slick document is apparently what earned her a contract; or, at least, went some way to helping WWE make up their minds.
