Rey Mysterio's WWE Tag Team Partners - From Worst To Best

Finally we get to Rey teaming up with someone more his size/style and, wouldn't you know it, match quality improves! Kidman and Mysterio were no strangers to tagging with one another, with both being members of the Filthy Animals stable in WCW (twosome were the final WCW World Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions).

They starting tagging once more in mid-2003 and feuded with the World's Greatest Tag Team over the WWE Tag Team titles. They had some good TV matches during this period, but the match that sticks out in the memory is their unsuccessful challenge of the WGTT at the Vengeance pay-per-view.

Something of a minor classic, it was full of excellent tag team wrestling and breathtaking high spots and, what's more, it was held before an enthusiastic crowd who were gripped by the action. They tag a bunch of times after but then soon went their separate ways. Still, even though they didn't team for long, their series with Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas puts them in fifth place, above Rey's teams with Show and Batista.
