While WWE’s inability to tour for live events and TV tapings has hit the company and its talent financially, there are some obvious silver linings to WWE being forced to run its weekly programming from the same venue each and every week.

Putting a spotlight on these silver linings, Sasha Bank has recently discussed how she feels that her general health and the quality of her matches have improved as a direct result of not having to travel from town to town, day to day, week to week, and month to month.

Speaking on the Normal Not Normal podcast, as picked up on be SEScoops, the Boss detailed her previous schedule as:

“I’m not just talking about in one state, I’m driving for five or six hours to different states every single day. But we’re not just talking about driving, I’m talking about flying as well – early in the morning – and I’m talking about wrestling, too. I’m beating my body, jumping into a car, and driving five hours and getting to the hotel at maybe four in the morning. Sleep in until 12, work out, get your food, and doing the exact same thing. That will beat up your body.”

Of course, that’s just the travel portion of a WWE superstar's routine, and the SmackDown Women's Champion would go onto discuss how you have a sense of uncertainty once you get to a TV taping – you could have a 20-minute match, a five-minute match, or find yourself not even being used, before then heading home or to the next town.

Honing in on how the current WWE schedule is benefitting her so much, Sasha enthused:

“Now, thankfully that I live in Florida, it’s once a week. I feel like a part-timer. My body is in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’m sleeping so good. My match quality has raised the roof up, and my body just feels awesome.”

Once the world went to the dogs early last year, WWE was forced to suspend any and all touring plan for both live events and TV tapings.

The WWE Performance Center was initially used to house main roster programming, before Raw, SmackDown and PPVs were moved to Orlando’s Amway Center – before another move means that those shows currently emanate from St Petersburg’s Tropicana Field.

There have been rumblings that WWE may use WrestleMania 37 – which takes place at Raymond James Stadium – as a launching point to once more start touring its TV schedule, although nothing has been confirmed on that front just yet.
