Tama Tonga Injured, May Need Surgery (WWE News)
WWE's Tama Tonga is set for a spell on the sidelines.

In some unfortunate news, WWE's Tama Tonga looks set for a spell on the sidelines.
As initially reported by Bodyslam.net and PWN’s Cody Whoades, Tama is dealing with an unspecified injury that may require surgery.
Tama was most recently seen on last week's SmackDown, where he had his hand smashed in a car door by LA Knight. That attack was done as a way to write Tonga off TV so that he can take time to recover from this injury.
There are no further details right now on the specifics of the injury or the amount of time Tama is expected to miss, but here's hoping that the hugely decorated 42-year-old isn't out of action for too long.
From all of us here at WhatCulture Wrestling, here's to a full and swift recovery for the always entertaining Tama Tonga.

What Next For Solo Sikoa's 'Bloodline'?
With Tama Tonga now joining Tonga Loa on the sidelines - Loa injured at Survivor Series: WarGames in November - that throws up questions on what's next for Solo Sikoa's Bloodline.
The Bloodline name itself hasn't been particular used for Solo's group since losing to Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, the Usos, and CM Punk at Survivor Series, and now both Guerrillas of Destiny are dealing with injuries. As for Solo and Jacob Fatu, there have been simmering issues between the pair in recent weeks, and it remains to be seen how that relationship and dynamic may change now that Jacob took the WWE United States Championship from LA Knight at WrestleMania 41 this past weekend.
Of course, if Sikoa looks to strengthen the faction, WWE has long had Hikuleo - Tama Tonga's brother and Tonga Loa's adopted brother - signed to a contract, purportedly since July 2024. There's also Lance Anoi'a, the son of former Headshrinker/SST member Samu, grandson of Afa of the Wild Samoans, and also a former tag team partner of one Jacob Fatu, who's been signed since November.
WWE may opt to keep Hikuleo and Lance on the sidelines, mind, and instead just allow the friction to grow between Solo and Fatu ahead of what appears to be an inevitable rivalry at some point down the line. After all, Sikoa has yet to win any gold since moving to the main roster, while Fatu has already been a WWE Tag Team Champion in addition to his recent US Title win. Will Solo be jealous of Jacob's success, or will the two manage to stay on the same page?
