The WORST Moment From Every WWE WrestleMania

19. Donald Trump’s Punches (WrestleMania 23)

WrestleMania 23's Bobby Lashley vs. Umaga match was framed as a ‘Battle Of The Billionaires’. Realistically, neither full-timer was the star attraction. They were around ringside - Vince McMahon was in Umaga’s corner, and Donald Trump was in Lashley’s. You've got to give WWE credit for getting everyone hyped for the thought of Trump clocking Vince though.

At one point, having seen more than enough of his enemy's attempts to interfere, Trump speared (if you can call it that) Vince and rained down (ahem) some of the weakest punches known to man. This writer simply cannot believe he's about to type these words, but they're true: Donald's rabbit punches made Shane’s flurries look like they'd win UFC gold by TKO.

This was such a poor moment in an otherwise drama-fuelled match.

Trump's punches were that bad. It was an embarrassment. What? They couldn't get him down to a training facility ahead of time or pull him aside and say: 'Show us what your strikes are like' before the show kicked off? That would've been the smart thing to do. God, the future President's blows even paled in comparison to those his impersonator would inflict on fans when jousting with a fake Rosie O'Donnell. OK, maybe that's stretching it, but go with the hyperbole just to stick the boot in.

Looking back, it might've been better had Trump stuck the boot in on McMahon. Vince should've pulled his pal to one side backstage and said, 'Just f'n hit me or I'll yank that hairpiece clean off'.
