A trio of Raw wrestlers came in for backstage praise following their performance on this week's episode of WWE's Monday flagship.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson notes that Damian Priest, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter earned plaudits for their efforts on Raw.

Priest wrestled World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins in the night's main event. The well-received bout was Rollins' first title defence since becoming champion at Night of Champions 2023, and saw Priest foiled in his challenge. Born of recent tensions between The Judgment Day and Rollins, Priest's role in the match drew "lots of praise internally" - and was followed by a show of respect from Rollins after Raw had gone off the air.

PWInsider recently reported that following his Backlash 2023 match with rapper Bad Bunny, Priest was seen by WWE as a "top-level player going forward," which now appears to be playing out on company television.

Chance and Carter, meanwhile, wrestled Women's Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey in a non-title bout on Raw. This was their first red brand outing since jumping from NXT to the main roster in the 2023 WWE Draft in April.
