This Wrestling Icon Says 'WWE's Women Are Better Than The Men'

You'll never guess who said this after watching WWE's Charlotte Flair do her thing.

Former WWE tag-team star and Demolition member Barry 'Smash' Darsow has said that he enjoys watching the company's women more than he does men these days.

Explaining, Smash told 'The Wrestling Perspective' that women like Charlotte Flair are "incredible" - he'd never really taken the time out to watch any of Flair's work, but was blown away by her (unnamed) match and called it "one of the best on the card".

So, Darsow began checking out more of the women's division, and he started preferring it to anything the men were doing. That, he pointed out, was a remarkable turnaround for him as a pro wrestling fan.

"These women have changed wrestling", he said.

In particular, Smash thinks Charlotte is "phenomenal" and a real credit to WWE. As for the male workers, the legend believes "the guys are all doing the same thing" during their own matches - he'd like to see them shake it up a bit going forwards.

Charlotte Flair has a new mega-fan in Demolition's finest then. The entire women's division across Raw, SmackDown and NXT does, actually. Smash loves what he's seeing.
