Paul 'Triple H' Levesque will not feature on WWE's new Board of Directors once Endeavor's deal to purchase the market-leading promotion closes in September.

An SEC filing posted on Thursday lists 10 of the 11 board members for TKO Group Holdings, the newco founded through WWE's merger with the Endeavor-owned mixed martial arts leaders, the UFC. Six members were selected by Endeavor, and five by WWE - including the vacant spot, which is yet to be selected.
