The Ultimate Warrior: His 10 Best Matches

7. Ultimate Warrior vs. The Undertaker - Body Bag Match

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZP5r8tXswc While the Undertaker and the Warrior may not have been the best wrestlers in terms of workrate in the early 1990s, both men had unique characters that connected with audiences for many years. Not so much a match of technical skill as it was a match of larger-than-life wrestlers, the 1991 meeting between the Undertaker and the Warrior was booked as a Body Bag match. The winner would be the first wrestler to stuff the other in a body bag, something the Undertaker had been doing to jobbers on television. While the match certainly wouldn't impress fans of Kurt Angle, Bret Hart, or Ricky Steamboat, the match was a hard-hitting bout that showed a young (imagine that) Undertaker being able to fly around the ring and move with an amazing amount of agility. The Warrior was his usual intense self and perfectly timed his comebacks in order to maximize crowd reaction. In the end, the Warrior was able to conquer the Undertaker by smashing him in the face with Paul Bearer's urn, earning the victory and dealing the Undertaker a rare loss.
