Initially, it seemed like there would be an exhibition quality to the showdown between Will Ospreay and Marty Scurll. Both men know one another very well, but exist on completely different sides of the pro wrestling spectrum. Whilst Ospreay enjoys entertaining his fans and showing off his incredibly flexible approach, Scurll prefers a suitably villainous style.

Most watching believed 'The Villain' had picked up a huge victory when he unthinkably countered Ospreay's spring board attempt. Looking to bounce off of the ropes and back into his opponent, 'The Aerial Assassin' found himself suddenly locked in a painful Cross-Face Chicken Wing submission hold.

Entry into the move was silky smooth for Scurll. He timed his assault expertly, knowing exactly the kind of tactics that his peer was going to try. Catching Will Ospreay mid air, Marty was rather fittingly having a party when he grabbed his enemy and surely must have felt he was about to come out on top.

Scurll didn't get that win, but he did open some eyes in this wonderful contrast of styles.
