Having made his shock return at WWE Money in the Bank last weekend, there's now news on how the recent situation with Ron Killings has WWE worried.

Speaking on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer detailed how Killings' return is an indicator of how fans can have a voice and how they can hijack shows when they're unhappy about something. Meltzer pointed out how, whenever the next round of cuts comes around, what happens if fans aren't happy with a particular wrestler being part of those cuts.

Essentially, by listening to the fans and bringing Ron Killings back into the fold, that sets a precedent of sorts. As in, WWE chose to let Killings go, but fan backlash caused them to have to go back on that decision.

In the case of Ron, he himself announced at the start of this month that WWE would not be renewing his existing contract, bringing an end to a 17-year run with the company. That in itself was predated by a two-year stint as K-Kwik in the then-WWF between 1999 and 2001.

This news saw an outpouring of support, thanks, and outrage from fans and wrestlers alike, with several reports about how upset those within WWE were at this. Not renewing R-Truth was viewed as a ruthless, cutthroat move, with the former United States Champion one of the most beloved figures in WWE.

In the aftermath of this, WWE shows saw plenty of "We Want Truth" chants, which culminated in the company going back on its decision and bringing the talent back during the Money in the Bank main event tag match pitting John Cena and Logan Paul against Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes. There, Truth appeared and attacked Cena, leading to Cody eventually getting the 1-2-3 on Big Match John.

Since then, R-Truth has appeared on this week's Raw, denouncing his Truth name and reiterating that he's Ron Killings. As much as people love R-Truth, as much as Ron loves R-Truth, he said that R-Truth could be too nice, too funny, and too forgiving, and Killings then shockingly cut off his braids and asked that some respect be put on his name.
