WrestleMania 31: 8 Reasons Interest Is At An All-Time Low

1. Roman Reigns Isn't Ready

This is obviously beating a bit of a dead horse here, but the man the WWE have singled out and thrown their might behind to become the next big superstar and centerpiece of the company simply isn't ready for the position he's being asked to fill. That's in no way a knock on Reigns - by all accounts he's a great guy who appreciates his opportunities and works hard to improve. Rushing him into this spot and having his career-making moment be him hoisting a championship above his head that he just won off a guy most fans didn't want to see him beat, in front of an apathetic crowd that's a significant mixture of booing and dead silence is going to severely hurt Roman. Wrestling fans have notoriously short memories but not when it comes to something like that. And what's even worse, things like that tend to stick with a performer also, and could potentially harm one's confidence. Now a report has come out that WWE is realizing the gravity of the situation and reconsidering having Reigns go over Brock Lesnar, instead allowing the champion to retain should he sign a new contract. That's not a much better solution, because the people in charge should have seen this problem months ago - after all, fans have been shouting it from the hilltops for months - and not find themselves in this position in the first place. So what about you? Are you excited for WrestleMania 31 or is your interest level at an all-time low as well? Let us know in the comments.
