7. Warrior Debuts In WCW
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WeC7n4wTnXA Another case of wasted potential, as Hogan brought Warrior into WCW in 1998 to beat him, and Warrior seemed somewhat re-energized at first. Hogan was all I thought you were dead! (playing into online rumors of a McCartney-esque switch in 1992) and Warrior made fun of Disciple with a bon mot, and it was good stuff. Unfortunately Warrior had far too much creative control and the feud veered into nonsensical territory with magic mirrors and Warrior appearing under the ring (via a trapdoor that eventually ended Davey Boy Smiths career). By the time they actually got their rematch in October no one cared any longer, least of all Warrior. Still, for a surprise return, it was pretty good stuff to start!
