8. The Ryder-Miz-Ziggler Stable

Sounds wild, right? And it is. But it also makes sense. Consider their respective storylines heading into Wrestlemania 30. Ryder? Hes a virtual non-entity despite enjoying a modicum of fan appreciation over a year ago. He has talent, can work the crowd, and has a cult followinghowever small it may be. Miz? Hes lost in a creative black hole of disjointed and stilted storylines. One week hes a face. The next, a heel. Hes been back and forth, walking this bizarre tightrope of character turns for the better part of half a year now. We dont know who he is anymore, despite him being one of the best on the mic in the company. Ziggler? It seems as though someone is playing cruel jokes on Dolph Ziggler. Just when you think hes going to get a majorand much deservedpush, he gets pulled back, thrown into creative obscurity for months on end. Hes an incredibly talented wrestler, and solid on the mic. All around, hes one of the best in the business. And hes being criminally misused. The solution? Throw them all together. The story writes itself. Three wrestlers, all of them talented in their own way, join forces against The Authority (or whatever it may be post-Mania). Expect shoot promos harpooning the company for how theyve been underappreciated and misrepresented. Expect a possible defection from the company. Expect three guys who are ticked off and just not gonna take it anymore. But expect something, because not only would this make for great theatre, it would be the right thing to do.
