2. Hulk Hogan On Drugs
Jake Roberts was going to be placed highly on this list, given his terrible career of drug abuse and turning up to wrestling events "in no condition to perform." But given how widely reported Robert's woes have been, and how well he is doing rehabbing in DDP's "Accountability Crib", we will look at a different wrestling drug story instead. And what better wrestler to look at, than the most famous pro wrestler of them all, Hulk Hogan. The Hulkster has always boasted an impressive looking physique, and admits this was in part to steroids. He told Larry King in 2009 that he had used steroids because everybody else did, despite them being illegal. Hogan went on to say he stopped using steroid in the late 90's. Which means that he conceivably spent up to twenty years on steroids. Regarding other drugs, The Ultimate Warrior claimed in a ranting 2011 video that Hogan abused cocaine and would pimp wife Linda around WWF dressing rooms for sex. His now ex wife has herself stated that Hogan was often drugged up, "Wrestlers had a reason to do every kind of drug and narcotic around and help numb them from the pain of what they were doing."
