WWE: 10 Jobs You Won't Believe That Wrestlers Once Did

10. Kofi Kingston Worked For Staples

Entertaining high flyer Kofi Kingston was living a much less adrenaline-fuelled existence before he got into the business of professional wrestling. On the Art of Wrestling podcast, he told Colt Cobana all about the cubicle he worked in for huge office supplies company Staples. He was responsible for those annoying catalogues selling pencils and paper clips. He told the Charleston Gazette how he felt when he first walked in there: "I remember taking a breath and thinking, 'Oh, my God. I can't believe this is the rest of my life. " But it wouldn't be a life akin to The Office for Kofi: it was this experience that drove him to go wrestling school and chase his dream of becoming a WWE superstar, and now he delights fans with his unorthodox, exhilarating style. It's all much more unpredictable than those days spent behind a desk counting the minutes until the end of the day. He has traded that pedestrian lifestyle for a life spent travelling the world and entertaining the masses. This should be an inspiration to anyone doing a day job that doesn't stimulate them. If you make the effort and chase your dream, maybe you can escape that and follow your dreams too!
