6. Why NXT Stars Look Different On Main Roster

Absolutely. You nailed it. Let's not act like all of them are flops. Guys like Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are huge successes. Looking at some of the other names I think Rusev & Lana are going to be big stars. Bo Dallas is on the right path too. Adam Rose is flopping a bit because his character is so limited. Xavier Woods is pretty much a jobber. Emma hasn't been booked well. Paige has done better at least. Some others have been hit and miss. Since there are different creative teams in NXT and the main roster it's going to lead to some situations where talents just don't look the same in the big time. Vince McMahon could be a reason for it since he's not really involved in NXT too much, but on Raw/Smackdown he's the man in charge. Some of his tweaks may not work although he's obviously somebody that knows what he is doing too.
