WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (May 24)

5. The Future Of The WWE World Heavyweight Championship

From @TonyKegger: What do you think will happen with the WWE WHC?
It seems as though Daniel Bryan's going to be out through the end of June after his neck surgery, so it's likely that he'll be forced to forfeit the title. At that point, we can all guess what might happen, but WWE is doing a great job of keeping it top secret. A possibility is they could put the WWE Title up for grabs at Money in the Bank, but that would be disappointing because I think they should just keep the MITB match how it is with the briefcase up for grabs. There's a very good chance they might run a tournament because it's been a long time we've seen that for the WWE Title. If they started it out as a 16 person tourney it could be a big deal with meaningful matches on television leading to PPV, which would most likely be the MITB show on June 29. Then they can have the final four wrestlers have semifinal matches there and the finals at the end. Whenever Bryan comes back, which is probably going to be around SummerSlam time, he can get the WWE Title match against whoever the champion is. It could be against a heel because that makes a lot of sense, but don't be surprised if it's John Cena. My prediction is that they will do some kind of tournament that ends at Money in the Bank.
