Sunny €œWhat Sunny wants Sunny Gets€. Heralded as the original diva, Sunny (Tammy Lynn Sytch) rocketed to fame in the WWE after joining the organization in 1995. Sunny was paired with her real life boyfriend Skip (Chris Candido) they were known collectively as the bodydonnas. High school sweethearts, Candido started training for wrestling at age 14 and Tammy was a childhood fan. They seemed perfectly matched for one another. Candido left WWE for ECW and by mid 1997 Sunny was actively cheating on Chris, having a 7 month affair with Shawn Michaels. It is rumored that Michaels wanted to pursue a proper relationship and settle down with Sunny, however she claims that she chose to try and make things work with Candido and ended the relationship with Michaels. Sunny was released from WWE in 1998 amid rumors of substance abuse and backstage problems with rising star Sable. Joining Chris in ECW they then signed for WCW before drug issues saw them leave after just a few months. Tammy and Chris bounced around the independents for the next few years making appearances for various promotions. At TNA lockdown in April 2005, Cadido fractured both his tibia and fibula and dislocated his ankle during a steel cage match He underwent surgery to repair the damage. On April 28, 2005, Candido collapsed and was rushed to the hospital. He was diagnosed with pneumonia. Doctors drained his lungs, but Candido died soon afterwards. He was 33 years old. Since his death Sunny appears to be in downward spiral with multiple visits to rehab and numerous arrests. She was inducted in to the WWE hall of fame in 2011, but it remains to be seen if she can truly get her life back on track.
