The original working idea for WM30 was to have Vince's hand picked wrestler against HHH, or against HHH's hand picked wrestler, for control of the company. They have gone back and forth on it over the last several months, but let's assume that they have decided to go with it. They need to give the angle another kickstart, and what better place than this weekend. HHH and Stephanie stand in the ring beside a jubilant Randy Orton who has just retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the chamber after HHH screws Daniel Bryan (again). They are gloating about how they and they alone know what's best for business when Vince's music kicks in, he struts to the ring and says that unless Orton defends one-on-one against Bryan in a cage match on Raw the following night that he is fired and he struts off to meet Bryan in the aisle and they, and the crowd, chant "YES! YES! YES!" as Elimination Chamber goes off the air. Ok, so it might leave a few holes in the plotlines from last couple of months, but when has that ever worried a wrestling promoter?
