WWE: 10 Worst Matches In Royal Rumble History

4. John Cena vs. Kane - 2012

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyAYjqhjAbU The "Embrace the Hate" feud between John Cena and Kane was one of the stupidest feuds WWE has done in the last few years. It centered around Kane going back to his evil ways as he tried to torment Cena along with his buddy Zack Ryder. Basically, they needed Cena to do something for a couple of months before the big match with The Rock at WrestleMania 28 and that meant this over the top, silly storyline with Kane. The match wasn't very good as they went at it for 10 minutes and it really never reached a point where it could be considered entertaining. They tried, but the chemistry wasn't there. The finish of the match wasn't very good as they went for the double countout leading to a brawl backstage. Kane won that brawl by beating up Cena with a steel chair. Then he found poor Zack Ryder, who was a grown man in a wheelchair and a neckbrace. Kane gave him a Tombstone in the ring. Nobody helped Zack until Cena came back out and was destroyed with a Chokeslam. The story of the feud should have ended with a big Ryder win over Kane, but that never happened. There really was no point to this match or feud. Despite the fact that it was a bad match, they went it at the Elimination Chamber PPV with Cena beating Kane in an Ambulance Match.
