4. Jack Swagger
The mugshot above is conclusive proof that Jack Swagger is in fact a deviant criminal. His misdemeanour before this year's Wrestlemania will go down in folklore among the Internet Wrestling Community. In the lead-up to his match with Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship on the grandest stage of them all, the All American former amateur wrestler was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, and possession of marijuana. The DUI Officer on the scene Louis Garcia described Swagger's attempt at a sobriety test as "probably by far one of the worst I've ever seen as a DUI officer for under the influence of marijuana". He apparently handed the officer his credit card, when asked for his drivers license. I'm not sure if that was the weed, or an attempt at bribery. Regardless, I'm sure the WWE were not best pleased with his actions and the timing of them. For a while, he couldn't shake the tag "Weed the people" in many circles. His great work with Zeb Colter and Antonio Cesaro seems to have put the memory to bed for now. Hopefully this mugshot will live forever. I mean, that killer beard should NOT be forgotten.
