From a business point of view he is a key talent. From a fan point of view he is the best talent, the best in ring worker in the world with a superb promo ability to match. As a multi millionaire he is now in a position to retire aged 35, given his hatred of travelling and dissatisfaction with his storylines, it looks like he has made this decision.
