12. Main Even Mafia (TNA)
TNA's most famous faction was The Main Event Mafia. They were just cool. They were a group of guys you wish you could be friends with. Consisting of older wrestlers, The M.E.M. was full of SUPERSTARS. Every member of the group was a former Heavyweight Champion at one time or another in their career. The leader was none other than Kurt Angle who lets face is it, is just a wrestling machine. The Cyborg recruited TNA's biggest stars to join him and 'The Family'. They were created to feud with the young face talent of TNA and they did just that and then some. Claiming every major championship while together, The M.E.M. was a FORCE. Sting and Angle each held the World Heavyweight title once, Booker T held the Legends Championship once, Kevin Nash held the Legends Championship twice, Booker T and Scott Steiner became Tag Team Champions once, Samoa Joe won the X Division title once and last but not least, Kurt won the King of the Mountain Crown in 2009. The M.E.M. eventually disbanded (just like they all do) but TNA knew they had something. Something so special that they're currently recreating (
and badly I might add) it with Sting, Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe. Will the
New Main Event Mafia be as good as the first one? No, but it'll still be fun to watch.
