WWE 2005 PPVs From Worst To Best

13. No Mercy

The Good: Not a terrible PPV, by any means, but just a totally unmemorable one. The best match of the night was, fittingly, the main event. Batista and Eddie Guerrero had a hell of a match, different from most PPV main events you will see due to both guys' face status and the 'will he or won't he?' Eddie storyline going in. Eddie gave his all during the match, despite being in obvious pain at the time. He really was a superstar worker, right until the end. Other good, if unspectacular matches were the U.S. Title 4-Way between Benoit/Booker T/Jordan/Christian, JBL/Mysterio and Orton/Undertaker (casket match). This event also marked Bobby Lashley's WWE PPV debut. He looked like a beast in his destruction job of comedy fitness guru Simon Dean. A green beast, but a beast nonetheless. The Bad: The fans could not have cared less about Nunzio and Juventud Guerrera's Cruiserweight Championship match. Total crickets. The Rest: William Regal and Paul Burchill beat Paul London and Brian Kendrick in the dark match.
