WWE 2K19: 10 Entrances They Must Get Right

7. Aleister Black

The developers almost got Aleister Black's brooding walk-out right in 2K18, but improvements must be made this time around.

This is one of WWE's most complex entrances as far as bells and whistles go. There are so many little bits and pieces to get right, and it begins with the opening guitar hit. That ominous, bent note creates a dark, foreboding atmosphere as the arena fades to black. Then come the drums, rumbling through the building, before a rhythm gradually emerges, and the former NXT Champion rises on the stage like a beast from a coffin.

Finally, there's the slow, deliberate march to the ring, the flip over the top rope, then the cross-legged meditation, all while the crowd bathe in Black's aura. It's a staggering spectacle, and one that 2K will do well to accurately recreate.

Much of the entrance's effectiveness comes from Aleister himself. He has a dark, dangerous presence that can't be taught, and is nigh on impossible to recreate in the digital realm. Still, if the developers want to make Black feel even halfway as special as he does in real life, this is a problem they must solve.
