2. Brodus Clay

The former bodyguard of WWE friend Snoop Dogg found a gimmick he (meaning WWE Creative) was willing to run with. The fun loving, all dancing, lady loving Funkasouras! I honestly think the Dinosaur reference in his Moniker is a huge reason for his failure. Its just a bit TOO ridiculous in this day and age. Go back 20 years and he would fit in beautifully with the other mental gimmicks. Unfortunately the times they have a changed. His shtick was fairly entertaining for a month or so. Some funny dancing and squashing of jobbers later and he was still without a notable feud and his place on the card was definitely in question. They attempted to add him to some notable feuds here and there but only fleetingly. But when he did come out as the big man that protected the faces from nasty beat downs, he genuinely looked quite intimidating. Something I think he did quite well. Shame about the rest of his performance! Hes no athlete god bless him but he tries hard to move around. Even Big Show looks much more nimble than him. He can function well enough when on the attack, if a little slow but he cant sell or bump competently at all. The guy even has a dancing gimmick and the fella has no rhythm in the slightest, but I think this actually adds to his appeal. I still have faith in his gimmick, lose the Funkasouras name, have Cameron and Naomi calm down a little and quit the dancing with the kids bit. Add some intensity and fire and he could do fairly well. Much better than where he is right now at least. His segment at WrestleMania 28 with his Momma was pure gold though!
