WWE: The 5 Men Planned To Be WWE's Biggest Stars After WrestleMania 30 - Report
3. Randy Orton
It seems accurate for WWE to expect Randy Orton to be the third biggest star in the company this summer, it's pretty much the spot he has been at for the last six months, although he has been greatly overshadowed by the emergence of heel Batista recently. However, with The Animal seemingly getting dropped from his current big role after WrestleMania, Orton should be able to continue to function as the number one heel in the company. What WWE don't get is that Randy's loathed for all the wrong reasons fans are bored of Orton, but the company shows no signs in losing faith despite late 2013 PPV buys dying on his watch. You would expect Orton to maintain his current number 3 guy in the company spot by staying in the WWE title mix. There's a good chance he drops the belt soon, but a rematch is an almost certainty. He may even trade the belt back and forth for a few months. When he eventually exits the title scene expect him to occupy the secondary main event spot which could see him in a big match with Brock Lesnar or a similar big name star around Summerslam.
