1. The Show Of Respect

The promos have been cut, the dirty laundry has been aired, the programs have been sold, and the match is in the books all that's left now is to bury the hatchet. Just as Michaels did with Hogan and Rock did with Cena, it's time to close the feud out with a handshake and a hug. A show of respect between Shawn Michaels and The Rock would be more than a moment of great sportsmanship between two of the sport's best it could potentially be meaningful to both men. When Michaels embraced Bret Hart on Raw, it marked the end of one of wrestling's most hated rivalries and allowed both men to move on comfortably. Though Rock and Michaels don't have the same level of animosity, working a program together and ending it on a high note like that could potentially be cathartic for the two stars. In the end, a feud between The Rock and Shawn Michaels could have been amazing emotionally and financially for the WWE, for the fans, for WrestleMania, and for both men. It's truly the greatest feud we never got to see.
