WWE: 6 Reasons Triple H Knows More Than You Do

4. He Has A Hand In Building Future Stars

sheamus For all the intense hatred that is thrown at Triple H on a daily basis, no one can argue that the 13 time WWE and World champion is not committed to the future of the company. And this is a fact that likely drives his critics insane. After all, much of the disdain that fans have for The Game centers on the fact that's supposedly always about himself. So if that is the case, then why is WWE programming currently being overrun by former NXT talent? The Shield, The Wyatt Family, Big E Langston, all of these stand-outs from WWE's developmental territory have gained a solid foothold on the company's main roster. Each man brings something different to the table and each man has the potential to be a much bigger star than what he is now. And I for one do not see The Game attempting to hold any of them down so he can get ahead. In fact, as the Executive Vice President of Talent and Live Events, Triple H has had some serious input into just exactly which NXT Superstars get called up. Many of his moves have been very smart for the company and it's obvious that WWE is laying the groundwork now for the era that is still to come. Hunter understands that while guys like himself, Undertaker and Chris Jericho still have something to offer, that it's the younger stars who deserve the spotlight. He knows that for WWE to succeed and thrive in the future, that those stars must be built now. And a true egomaniac would do all he can to lobby for himself instead of looking beyond his years in the business.
