5. High Spots

Despite the realism of the match, it wasn't without it's high spots. Shawn Michaels has always been a self-confessed show off, and it's quite certain that Ramon wanted to steal the show too. Shawn's splash from the top of the ladder remains one of the most iconic images in Wrestlemania history. It might seem a bit tame in comparison to say, Edge's Spear on Jeff Hardy, but at the time it was one of the most high risk moves ever seen. The other action was memorable too. At different points the ladder was used as a battering ram, surfboard and general target to throw each other into. Both men took tumbles off the ladder, sometimes onto the exposed concrete floor. Razor & Shawn put on physically demanding physically demanding performances, and they seemed to disregard any toll it might take on their bodies.
