WWE: 7 Superstars Who Desperately Need New Direction (And How To Do It)

7. Zack Ryder/Curt Hawkins

Ryder Hawkins The problem: Zack Ryder was actually popular in early 2012 and then he became a laughingstock that lost all the time. Hawkins is never on the main TV shows. The solution: Reunite the former Major Brothers aka Edge Heads as a tag team. There's a reason Ryder and Hawkins still work for WWE. They have talent. Ryder has shown that he has a good personality and he's also great at getting fans to rally behind him. His use of social media is among the best for anybody that works in WWE. Hawkins really doesn't get to show much even though he's considered a solid worker that has had quality matches when given the chance (mostly on NXT Redemption). These two guys are best friends that grew up watching wrestling together. They trained together, they got signed by WWE when they were just 21 years old and now at age 28 they still have really bright futures if they are given a chance to team together. Ryder's better as a face while Hawkins is better as a heel, but I think they have potential as a babyface team just because Ryder is so good at interacting with fans. Use that to their advantage. If they had to go heel, I think they're good enough to make that work too. They're not even 30 yet. Their best years are still ahead for them.
